“I am a regular yoga and Pilates person and I have found these balls to be a welcome addition in my daily routine. I used the nubby ball on my feet and like how they feel although I mainly use them with yoga socks on. The benefits for your feet and all of the lower body is wonderful. The Styrofoam 2 ball roller is fantastic for both my upper thoracic region as well as the lumbar region. I went on line and watched her video’s to see how to properly use these tool and the online tutorial was fantastic. Would highly recommend watching the video if you purchase these massage balls.”

“I workout 6 days a week and have for years. Over time I have developed problem areas in certain parts of my body around my shoulder and pec muscles, effecting my posture and mobility. “Best investment I’ve made in a long time. The double ball (I have no idea what it’s called) works amazing on my Rhomboids. I work long hours at a desk so I’ve always got knots in that area. I used to press my back into the corner of a wall and just hold it. Used this last night for the first time. Was able to really knead that part of my back to feel that “good pain”. I’m at work right now, wishing that I’d brought it. If you’ve got upper back and shoulder pain, but this kit.”

“Just wanted I needed. I have to foam roll daily. I had trouble getting the hip, glute, and calf. This ball can get into hard to reach curved places. It is very strong and doesn’t give or dent in. And not uncomfortably hard. I am still learning the peanut. The spiky ball feels great rolling under my feet. I think it’s a great deal for all three and having a bag w it to tote from home to work and back.”
